I, the administrator, founder and part time camp counsellor, grew up in Canada, where my mother every year sent me to summer camp (each year a different one and Katimavik was my favourite). I learned to ride horses, archery, shoot from a rifle, swim, kayak, go on multiday canoe trips, and all sorts of fun in nature. This was a core part of my childhood and had a great, positive development on my character.
We moved to Guimaras a few years ago, and since I was born in Czechia and learned that there is a Czech resort near our place, we thought we’d pay them a visit one weekend to try out their Czech cuisine. They own the mango farm.

The owner also has fond memories of summer camp during her childhood, and when I told her about my idea to start a summer camp for youngsters here, she was ecstatic and said we can have free use of her farm, where she was busy building an eco park.
I myself own several businesses and, since my work is online, I have had the privilege to travel to more than 50 countries while working from my laptop. It has been a great adventure spanning many decades.
I have learned so much during my travels and life and would love to share my experiences and knowledge with others.
